Aivar Innovations is an AI-native services and software company and an AWS Preferred Partner, backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and Sorin Investments. We operate three accelerator platforms — Convogent (voice and agent AI automation), Velogent (governed agentic process automation for regulated industries), and Kubogent (Kubernetes-native AIOps) — serving enterprises across fintech, healthcare, retail, and the public sector. In our first year we have scaled to a 150-person team serving 100+ enterprise customers, Our founders and leaders come from AWS.
About the Role
We are hiring Delivery Managers to own end-to-end execution of customer engagements across our customer delivery. You will be the bridge between customers, stakeholders, internal architects and engineers, and our founders — running multiple parallel AI and cloud projects at startup velocity, where shipping happens in weeks, not quarters. This is not a project-administration role.
Our Delivery Managers own commercial outcomes, validate technical architecture, push back on estimation, and build the playbooks and governance frameworks that will scale Aivar from 150 to 500.
