Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end hiring for BPO, IT, and AI rolesHandle onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and employee lifecycleEnsure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.)Drive employee engagement and resolve grievancesSupport performance management and training initiativesAssist in workforce planning and HR process improvements
Requirements5-10 years of HR experience in ITES/BPO/SaaS/TechStrong experience in recruitment and HR operationsGood knowledge of labor laws and complianceStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsSelf-driven with high ownership
