Remote AI Tools Researcher & SaaS Reviewer
The role
We are looking for a AI Tools Researcher & SaaS Reviewer to help us research software platforms, test AI tools and create practical summaries for Cllimber’s guides, comparison pages and tool recommendations.
This is ideal for someone who is naturally curious about AI, SaaS, productivity tools, marketing tools and how businesses can use technology more effectively.
You do not need to be a developer. You do need to be a strong researcher, a clear thinker and someone who can explain what a tool actually does in plain English.
What you’ll be doing
You may help with tasks such as researching AI tools and SaaS platforms, testing free trials, reviewing public product pages, summarising what each tool does and who it is best for, comparing tools by use case, industry or business size, checking pricing, features, integrations and positioning, and spotting new or emerging tools worth covering.
What we’re looking for
You could be a good fit if you are genuinely interested in AI tools, SaaS and business software, can research quickly and accurately, can explain software in simple, practical language, are comfortable comparing different tools, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy learning about new platforms and business use cases.
Experience in marketing, content, SaaS, research, startups, operations, sales, productivity or business software would be helpful, but it is not essential.

We research, compare and organise SaaS and AI tools across areas such as CRM, marketing, lead generation, automation, productivity, finance, operations and industry-specific software.
Our goal is to make software decisions simpler, clearer and more useful for business owners, founders and professionals who do not have time to test every tool themselves.
Nice to have
Experience writing tool reviews, product summaries or comparison content would be useful. Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, HubSpot, Apollo, Notion, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, Semrush, Ahrefs or similar would also be helpful.
Knowledge of SEO, affiliate content, software comparison websites or small business software would be a bonus, but not required.
