Senior General Manager Sales Marketing

Hiring: Senior General Manager – Sales & Marketing (India) Location: Goa We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing leader to drive our India business, with end-to-end ownership of revenue growth, market expansion, and channel development. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will lead the entire pan-India Sales team, shape national strategy, and strengthen our presence across optical trade channels. What You'll Be Responsible For Driving India sales performance across regions and channels Expanding and strengthening distributor, dealer, and optician networks Leading pricing, trade schemes, and margin strategies Driving premium product growth and market positioning Managing key accounts, including large optical chains Collaborating with manufacturing and labs to enhance service and turnaround time What We're Looking For 20–25 years of experience in Sales & Marketing Strong exposure to B2B / channel-driven industries (optical, healthcare, or manufacturing) Proven experience managing pan-India sales operations Strong leadership experience handling multi-location teams Why This Role Opportunity to lead Sales & Marketing for India Direct visibility with leadership Ability to shape strategy and drive business impact MBA/PGDM preferred; relevant experience will be given higher weightage.
