Operation Assistant (0 - 3 years) 100% Onsite Location: Margao, Goa Responsibilities: Compliance Management Handle company compliances such as Trade License and Shops & Establishment. Maintain proper documentation and records of all compliance activities. Vendor Management Coordinate with 10-15 Regular vendors for ongoing operational needs. Obtain and compare quotations. Infrastructure & Facility Management Oversee maintenance of office infrastructure. Asset & Equipment maintenance Schedule and track servicing for: Company Car, Bike, Generator. Project & Expansion Support Assist in operational setup for new projects (e.g, New Office spaces). Support execution of new infrastructure work.
