Job Title: Junior Real Estate Sales Executive (Fresher's) Location: Margao, Goa Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating new business leads, nurturing client relationships, and assisting in property transactions to achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and following up on inquiries. Customer Interaction: Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, present properties, and organize site visits. Sales Process Support: Assist the sales team with presentations, negotiations, and preparing documentation for sales closings. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local property market trends, competitor products, and pricing. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 0 – 1 years of experience in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles (freshers with a passion for sales are welcome). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + local language). Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
