Role DescriptionThis full-time hybrid Electrical Design Engineer role involves responsibilities such as designing electrical systems, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring adherence to safety standards and project requirements. Working from the South Delhi office with some work-from-home flexibility, the engineer will contribute to power distribution projects, analyze specifications, and provide technical expertise during construction and implementation phases.QualificationsBachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical EngineeringMinimum 5-8 years of experience in Electrical Design / MEP ProjectsExperience in commercial, industrial, residential, or infrastructure projects preferredKnowledge of electrical design calculations, load calculations, and system design is commonly expected.Technical SkillsKnowledge of Electrical Design & EngineeringPreparation of SLD (Single Line Diagram), Load Schedule, Cable Sizing, Voltage Drop CalculationKnowledge of HT/LT Systems, Transformers, DG, UPS, Earthing & Lightning ProtectionExperience in Power Distribution, Lighting Design, Panel Sizing, and Electrical Layouts.Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and familiarity with tools like Revit/EPLAN is often preferred.Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, safety, and compliance requirements.BOQ preparation, estimation, tender drawings, testing & commissioning knowledgeSoft SkillsGood communication and coordination skillsProblem-solving and analytical thinkingTeam management and project coordination skillsAttention to detail and time management.Required Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering Experience in Electrical Design / MEP Projects Knowledge of SLD, Load Calculation, Cable Sizing, Lighting & Power Layouts Experience in HT/LT System, Transformer, DG, UPS, Earthing & Lightning Protection Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit BOQ Preparation, Design Review & Project Coordination Good communication and problem-solving skills Immediate joiners preferred
