Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in South Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and other structures, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with safety regulations. Key responsibilities include creating architectural designs, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, integrating sustainable solutions, and overseeing project execution. Additional tasks may involve project planning, resource allocation, and maintaining strict adherence to deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architectural Design and Integration
- Strong skills in Architecture and Software Development
- Proficient in managing projects, including Project Management and team coordination
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building code compliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Familiarity with architectural software tools and technologies
- Experience in a professional architecture or design setting is preferred
