As we scale, we are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and execution-focused professional to help build and lead our alliances, partnerships, and sponsorship ecosystem.

You will work across 72 The League, golf tournaments, hospitality experiences, leadership forums, player platforms, franchise ecosystems, and branded experiences, engaging with leading companies,


CXOs, founders, investors, agencies, and decision-makers.

Role Overview


We are looking for a high-ownership Alliances, Partnerships & Sponsorships Lead to independently drive revenue growth through sponsorships, strategic alliances, and commercial partnerships across our ecosystem of golf properties.


This is a frontline business role with meaningful ownership.


You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of partnerships—from identifying opportunities and building pipelines to creating commercial propositions, closing partnerships, managing relationships, and ensuring partner success.


The ideal candidate combines relationship-building, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and strong execution ability.


Key Responsibilities


  • Sponsorship Revenue Ownership & Commercial Strategy Own and drive sponsorship and partnership revenue targets across leagues, tournaments, events, and related properties Build and execute a clear partnerships and sponsorship sales strategy Identify high-potential categories and create tailored sponsorship opportunities Develop structured commercial offerings aligned with brand objectives Work with leadership to define revenue priorities and partnership roadmaps
  • Alliances & Strategic Partnerships Identify and build long-term strategic alliances across corporate, media, hospitality, luxury, financial services, automotive, lifestyle, technology, and sports sectors Explore mutually beneficial partnerships that strengthen brand positioning, audience engagement, and ecosystem value Develop relationships with agencies, brand custodians, and strategic stakeholders
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Development Independently build and manage a strong sponsorship and partnerships pipeline Identify key decision-makers across brands and industries Create outreach strategies and maintain strong business development momentum Maintain a structured CRM and opportunity management system
  • Proposal Creation & Commercial Storytelling Work closely with internal teams to create high-quality sponsorship decks, proposals, and customized pitches Translate opportunities into commercially compelling brand narratives Build persuasive business cases aligned with partner objectives and ROI expectations
  • Deal Closure & Partner Management Lead negotiations, commercials, and closure discussions Manage end-to-end partner onboarding and servicing Ensure strong relationship management and high partner satisfaction Coordinate execution internally to ensure sponsor deliverables are met
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with leadership, marketing, operations, content, and events teams to execute partnerships effectively Ensure seamless integration of sponsorships into events, digital platforms, and experiences Contribute ideas to strengthen monetization and commercial innovation
