The Opportunity As the Homes Acquisition Manager, you will be the on-ground growth driver for Da Alohas in Himachal Pradesh. You will identify, pitch, negotiate, and onboard premium villas, chalets, cottages, apartments, and boutique stays. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role ideal for someone who enjoys deal-making, relationship building, and shaping a market from the ground up. What You Will Own Build the Himachal Portfolio Source and onboard high-potential vacation homes suitable for short-term rentals Build a strong pipeline via local brokers, developers, homeowners, referrals, and market intelligence Conduct property visits and evaluate homes against Da Alohas quality and revenue benchmarks Win Homeowners' Trust Pitch Da Alohas' end-to-end vacation rental management and revenue optimization model Educate owners on earning potential, seasonality, and long-term benefits Structure and close deals across revenue share, fixed lease, and hybrid models End-to-End Onboarding Own the onboarding journey from first meeting to property go-live Coordinate with internal teams for photography, pricing, listings, and operations Ensure contracts, documentation, and compliance are completed seamlessly Market Intelligence - Track ADRs, occupan
