Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our US Voice Process team. This is a remote, long-term opportunity ideal for candidates who are comfortable working night shifts and have prior experience handling US-based customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for US clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently
- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and client guidelines at all times
Required Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in a US Voice Process is mandatory
- Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or clear accent
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Comfortable working night shifts on a long-term basis
- Basic soft-selling knowledge and the ability to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
- Ability to promote products or services in a professional and customer-friendly manner without aggressive sales tactics
- Strong persuasion and rapport-building skills with a customer-centric approach
Technical Requirements
- Personal laptop/PC with Windows 11
- Minimum 16 GB RAM
- Dual-screen setup (Laptop + at least 1 external monitor)
- High-speed and stable internet connection (backup preferred)
- Quiet and distraction-free work environment
