About the Role

This is not a typical Telecalling role.

At Helper4U, we are building a tech-driven hiring platform for domestic workers, where AI chat and voice agents handle most of the onboarding process.

Your role will be to ensure quality, completeness, and trust in the system by engaging with candidates where human judgment is required.

You will work at the intersection of operations, communication, and AI-driven workflows—making this a great learning opportunity for anyone interested in modern, tech-enabled businesses.

What You Will Do

Complete AI-led onboarding journeys

• Review candidate profiles created by AI systems
• Call candidates only to collect missing or unclear information

Ensure quality & accuracy of data

• Verify details shared by job seekers
• Maintain high-quality, structured candidate records

Improve candidate experience

• Guide job seekers through the hiring process
• Resolve queries with empathy and clarity

Drive follow-ups & closures

• Track incomplete profiles and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with candidates to collect documents

Contribute to process improvement

• Identify gaps in AI conversations
• Suggest improvements to scripts and workflows

Skills Required

• Good spoken and written Hindi and/or English

Eligibility

• Graduate (any discipline) freshers
• Available for 6 months (full-time, work from home)
• Have a laptop, stable internet, and quiet workspace
