Role Overview
The Retail Operations Executive is responsible for supporting and optimizing the daily operations of retail stores to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high performance. This role works closely with store teams, management, and cross-functional departments to drive operational excellence, enhance customer experience, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Execution
Support day-to-day retail store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioningEnsure store processes, policies, and SOPs are consistently followedAssist in implementing operational initiatives, promotions, and store rollouts
Sales Performance & Reporting
Track store performance metrics including sales, productivity, and operational KPIsPrepare and maintain operational reports for management reviewIdentify operational gaps impacting sales and recommend improvements
Staff Coordination & Support
Act as a liaison between head office and store teamsSupport store managers with operational challenges and escalationsAssist in training store staff on operational processes and system usage
Customer Experience & Compliance
Ensure stores deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experienceSupport resolution of customer complaints and operational issuesEnsure compliance with health, safety, brand, and regulatory standards
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencySupport implementation of new systems, tools, or operational best practicesAssist in audits, store visits, and operational reviews
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field1-2 years of experience in retail operations or store managementHands-on understanding of retail store operations and workflows
