Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Malad for a Salesforce Practice Sales Lead. The role involves building and executing sales strategies to grow the Salesforce practice, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. The Sales Lead will lead the discussion of Salesforce solutions with clients, oversee deal negotiations, and work closely with technical teams to align solutions with client needs. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and delivering continuous improvement in Salesforce sales processes and offerings.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Salesforce Sales, with expertise in creating sales strategies and achieving sales targets in the enterprise software domain.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, as well as the ability to align technical solutions to meet client business requirements.
  • Experience in client relationship management, including managing stakeholders, negotiation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Skills in strategic planning, business development, and collaboration with technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for client engagement and internal team collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree or Salesforce certifications will be considered a plus.
  • Ability to work in an on-site capacity and manage multiple high-priority client engagements.
