We are building a modern apparel manufacturing and fashion sourcing company working with startups, fashion brands, universities, and companies across India and Europe.
From ready-stock blanks to custom manufacturing, we help brands bring ideas to life through sourcing, sampling, production, branding, and execution.
We are looking for a highly accountable Junior Merchandiser who can help manage vendors, production flow, sampling, sourcing, and daily operations.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with fabric suppliers, factories, printers, embroiderers, and vendors
• Follow up on sampling and production timelines
• Maintain order sheets, costing sheets, and inventory trackers
• Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims, labels, packaging, and accessories
• Coordinate dispatches and production updates
• Help manage B2B and custom apparel orders
• Communicate internally with design, operations, and production teams
• Ensure timelines are maintained properly
• Support quality checks and finishing coordination
• Help organize product development workflows
Requirements
• Basic understanding of garments/fashion/manufacturing
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Strong accountability and ownership mindset
• Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel
• Fast learner with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Interest in fashion, startups, and modern apparel brands
Preferred
• Experience in merchandising, sourcing, production, or apparel operations
• Knowledge of fabrics, GSM, printing, embroidery, trims, etc.
• Experience working with manufacturers in Tiruppur, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Ludhiana, etc.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Depending on skill, speed, and ownership.
