Head of Solutions / AI & Pre-Sales



At Right Skale, we help enterprises build AI and data systems that deliver measurable business outcomes. We’re looking for a Head of Solutions/Pre-sales to own how we solve client problems and the offerings we take to market.

This is a senior leadership role as part of the core team with influence on firm strategy, not just execution.

Role

You own the technical architecture and solution design behind every significant opportunity, including the pre-sales engagement that shapes it. You decide how we solve, how we package what we’ve learned into repeatable offerings, and what makes our approach different. This role works alongside Sales and Delivery, with clear ownership of the solution itself.

You’ll engage directly with CXOs and technology leaders at clients and prospects, in working sessions, design reviews, and architecture decisions.

What you’ll do

•      Own our offerings across GenAI, agentic AI, data modernization, and cloud-native analytics. Decide what we invest in, what we maintain, and where we expand.

•      Lead solutioning on strategic pursuits: problem framing, architecture, effort shape, technical narrative and readiness for delivery.

•      Serve as the senior technical voice in key client and prospect conversations, workshops, design reviews, and POCs.

•      Build and lead the solutions organization across India and the US: solution architects, AI/ML leads, data architects, pre-sales engineers. Attract and develop strong talent.

•      Build reusable assets such as reference architectures, accelerators, demos, and POVs to accelerate pursuit cycles and improve win quality.

•      Build and grow relationships with hyperscalers and platform partners: AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, OpenAI, Anthropic.

•      Leverage our specialized partner network to bring best-in-class solutions to clients beyond what we build in-house.

•      Partner with delivery on clean handoffs and ongoing solutioning support, with clear architecture, assumptions, risks, and success criteria.

•      Feed market intelligence back into offering strategy: what clients are buying, where we’re winning, where we’re not.

What we’re looking for

•      12+ years across consulting or services with deep, hands-on solutioning credentials. Product backgrounds welcome if paired with enterprise solutioning depth.

•      Current on the modern AI and data stack: LLMs, RAG, agents, evals, with hands-on experience in the last 24 months.

•      A track record of shaping winning AI and data solutions for enterprise buyers in the US and globally.

•      You’ve led a sizeable solutions or architecture organization and know how to attract, grow, and retain strong people.

•      Sharp commercial instinct on effort, risk, and economics.

Nice to have

•      Time inside a founder-led, growth-stage firm.

•      Depth in BFSI, healthcare, or PE-backed portfolios.

Where

Pune preferred. Open to other India hubs (Bengaluru, Hyderabad) or the US. Reports to the CEO. Peer to the Head of Delivery and Head of GTM.
