🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a Design Executive with an engineering mindset and a strong interest in design. The ideal candidate will be skilled in technical drawing and 3D visualization, contributing to façade design and detailing for premium building projects.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, Revit models, and SketchUp visualizations for façade systems.

Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate design layouts, sections, and details.

Support design documentation and technical coordination with clients and consultants.

Utilize Excel for data management, material tracking, and project reporting.

Ensure design accuracy, compliance with standards, and timely delivery of drawings.

💡 Skills & Tools

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Excel, and 3D modeling software.

Strong understanding of engineering principles and design detailing.

Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Keen eye for aesthetics and precision in technical design.

🏗 Industry Focus

Façade and Building Envelope Design

Exposure to architectural and structural coordination preferred.
