·       TDS & Withholding Tax: Supervise the end-to-end compliance and quarterly filing of TDS returns (Forms 24Q, 26Q, 27Q). Ensure flawless execution, timely certificate issuance, and compliance for payments to non-residents (Form 15CA/CB).

·       Litigation, Assessments & Representation: Draft technical and robust submissions for scrutiny assessments, rectification petitions, and appeals (CIT / ITAT). Confidently represent the company and liaise directly with Income Tax authorities.

· Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of specialized experience in Direct Tax.
