We're Hiring: Backend Engineer — AI Integrations (Connected Apps / MCP Layer)

Geniffy is an AI assistant that records your meetings, extracts action items, and actually gets them done — tickets created, emails drafted, recaps sent, calendar booked. We're not a notetaker. We do the work.

We're looking for one backend engineer to own the most important layer of our product: the Connected Apps / MCP integration system. This is where users connect their Gmail, Slack, Jira, Linear, Notion, and more then chat with Geniffy to take actions across all of them.

This layer is our biggest reliability gap and our biggest opportunity.

What you'll own

You'll be responsible for the reliability and intelligence of our cross-app execution layer — the system that turns a user's natural language request into real actions across their connected tools.

That means building and maintaining the integration infrastructure (Composio Sessions, OAuth flows, tool-call orchestration), ensuring every action Geniffy takes is accurate and verifiable (resolve-then-act patterns, confirmation workflows, idempotent operations, clean error handling), designing the entity resolution layer so the system correctly links people and objects across tools, and instrumenting the full pipeline with failure telemetry and a structured eval harness targeting ≥85% accuracy across 200+ scenarios.

When Geniffy says \"ticket created\" or \"email drafted\" — your work is the reason it's actually true.

Must have

→ 2–8 years backend engineering (Python / FastAPI strongly preferred) → Production experience with LLM tool-calling or function-calling (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) → Worked with at least one of: MCP, Composio, LangChain agents, or Zapier-style integration platforms → Strong on OAuth 2.x, Redis, Postgres, async patterns → Comfortable in React / TypeScript for chat-side UI — connection flows, confirmation cards

Nice to have

→ Prompt engineering depth — system prompts, agent reliability, structured retries → Experience building eval harnesses or AI observability → Has shipped a multi-app AI chat product

The profile

Hands-on IC who ships code daily. Comfortable working with ambiguity when the problem is open, and executes cleanly when handed a clear spec. You care about whether the thing actually works in production, not just in a demo.

Why this role matters

Every AI meeting tool stops at notes. Geniffy doesn't. After the meeting ends, it creates the tickets, drafts the emails, sends the recap, schedules the next sync across whatever tools the team uses.

The Connected Apps layer is how all of that happens. You'd be the engineer who makes it reliable.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Minecraft Online Teacher. The role involves developing and delivering interactive online lessons using Minecraft as a teaching tool to engage students in STEM, creativity, and problem-solving. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans, leading live sessions, providing guidance to students, and ensuring an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic virtual learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Education and Teaching, with a passion for inspiring students
• Strong Lesson Planning and Training abilities to create and deliver engaging coursework
• Excellent Communication skills to explain concepts clearly and connect with students effectively
• Proficiency with Minecraft and its educational applications

Key Responsibilities

Guardrail Architecture: Design and implement systemic safeguards (e.g., NeMo Guardrails, Llama Guard) to prevent prompt injection, jailbreaks, and PII leakage.

Compliance Strategy: Align AI deployments with internal data privacy policies and emerging global regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR).

Risk Assessment: Lead red-teaming exercises and vulnerability assessments on enterprise LLMs and RAG systems.

Monitoring Systems: Establish comprehensive observability dashboards to track hallucination rates, toxicity, and bias in production models.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Tech Stack: Security testing tools, SIEM integrations, Python for automation, LLM observability platforms (e.g., LangSmith, Arize).

GenAI Skills: Deep knowledge of LLM vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs), guardrail frameworks, and data sanitization techniques.

Soft Skills: Risk mitigation mindset, strong authoritative communication, ability to balance innovation with compliance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cybersecurity, CS, or IT; 4–7 years in InfoSec, Data Governance, or AI Ethics roles.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to define and govern the ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap. This role will drive scalable, secure, and sustainable platform growth while enabling capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, SPM, Security, Finance, MDM, Enterprise Architecture, AI, and custom applications

The Platform Architect will serve as the technical authority for the ServiceNow ecosystem, partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Product Owners, Development Teams, Operations, and Business Stakeholders to drive platform modernization, governance, integration, automation, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture, governance framework, standards, and roadmap.
• Provide architecture leadership across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, AI, and custom applications.
• Review and govern solution designs, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and minimizing technical debt.
• Lead CMDB/CSDM strategy, service modeling, governance, and platform-wide data architecture initiatives.
• Architect and govern integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, event-driven patterns, and enterprise systems.
• Drive adoption of AI, automation, workflow optimization, and ServiceNow innovation capabilities.
• Support platform upgrades, performance, security, resilience, and operational excellence.
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders, mentor technical teams, and provide strategic architecture guidance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 5+ years in architecture or senior technical leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, platform governance, security, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience designing and governing enterprise-scale ServiceNow platforms and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, observability, AIOps, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, lead technical teams, and drive platform strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HRSD, SPM, SecOps, Finance, MDM, and AI solutions.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HR, Identity, Monitoring, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CTA, and CIS certifications.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
