3. Integration & Automation

  • Architect and configure complex, secure, multi-system integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server configurations.
  • Design instance-to-instance architectures or cross-company service delivery models (e.g., via ServiceBridge or custom spokes) if required.


Required Qualifications & Skills Experience

  • Total IT Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development, system integration, and software architecture.
  • ServiceNow Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience specifically as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or Senior Technical Lead.
  • Proven track record of architecting and delivering multiple large-scale, multi-module ServiceNow implementations.


Technical Competencies

  • Platform Deep-Dive: Comprehensive technical knowledge across multiple ServiceNow workflows (IT Workflows, Employee Workflows, Customer Workflows, Creator Workflows).
  • Scripting & Web Tech: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, JSON, and web server.
  • Core Platform Architecture: Expert understanding of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, and UI Builder/Next Experience)
  • Frameworks: Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and ITIL processes.


Soft

  • Excellent consultative, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong mentorship qualities with a history of upskilling junior and mid-level development talent.


Preferred Certification

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • (CAD)ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect
  • (CMA)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more tracks (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, IRM/GRC).
