Algoworks is seeking a highly experienced SFDC – B2B Architect to lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce B2B Commerce and CPQ/Revenue Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable, integrated and high-performing commerce ecosystems that align with complex business and customer requirements.

This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, enterprise integrations, technical governance and solution architecture. Job Description:

As a Literary Development Partner and Ghostwriter at Dozti, you will work directly with the principal author in a high-trust, collaborative environment to develop and execute long-form written works.

The author will originate the vision, themes, and core scenes. Your role will be to translate those ideas into structured outlines, coherent narratives, and fully written manuscripts.

You will be responsible for organizing ideas, building narrative flow, writing dialogue, and maintaining consistency across the entire book. You will be expected to independently write all dialogue, transitions, and narrative sections while preserving the author’s voice and intent. This role requires advanced writing ability, strong command of language, and the ability to execute at a high literary standard.

This role requires both creative sensitivity and strong structural discipline. It is not an assistant role. It is a core creative execution role with responsibility over how ideas are translated into finished work.


Responsibilities:

• Participate in regular brainstorming and development sessions with the author.

• Capture and organize raw ideas into structured documents and outlines.

• Build detailed story frameworks based on high-level direction.

• Write full manuscript drafts including scenes, dialogue, and transitions.

• Maintain narrative consistency in tone, pacing, and character development.

• Refine and edit drafts to improve clarity, flow, and coherence.

• Identify gaps in story structure and propose improvements.

• Support development of both fiction and non-fiction works as required.

• Maintain organized documentation for ongoing and future projects.

• Ensure that the author’s voice and intent are preserved throughout the writing process.


Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience in long-form writing, ghostwriting, or narrative development.

• Strong ability to convert abstract ideas into structured written content.

• Proven experience writing dialogue and building narrative flow.

• Deep understanding of story structure, pacing, and thematic development.

• High-level English proficiency spoken and written.

• Strong reading background across fiction and non-fiction.

• Ability to work closely with a principal author in an iterative process.

• Strong organizational and note-taking ability.

• Comfort working with both creative and structured material.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with children’s literature or fairy tale development.

• Background in biography or research-driven writing.

• Familiarity with narrative frameworks and storytelling models.

• Experience editing and refining long-form manuscripts.

• Ability to manage multiple writing projects simultaneously.

• Exposure to structured content systems or intellectual property development.
