We are hiring a SugarCRM Developer to join our remote team of 3 developers. You'll work closely with our senior SugarCRM developer who will mentor you on CRM architecture, customizations, and best practices. This is a 100% remote position with core working hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time (EST) — you must be available for collaboration from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (roughly 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST). If you are productive and focused during evening/night hours and thrive in a quiet, distraction-free environment, this could be an excellent fit.

Summary
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Customer Service Representative.
