  • Cloud hosting (AWS or similar)

  • Integrate third-party systems with SugarCRM APIs
  • Lead data migrations and platform upgrades
  • Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into CRM solutions
  • Mentor junior developers as you grow (future opportunity)

Who We're Looking For:

  • Relentless pursuit of solutions — you keep exploring different angles until the problem is solved
  • Curious about emerging innovations, AI development, and new technologies
  • Ability to find creative solutions to real business problems
  • Self-starter who can work independently on assigned modules, while being coachable and eager to learn CRM architecture from our senior developer
  • Collaborative: You'll participate in code reviews and learn best practices from our lead SugarCRM developer
  • Passion for ongoing innovation and improving business delivery

This is a hands-on technical role. We provide thorough training and guidance on our tools, processes, and solutions. However, you will be expected to take ownership and continuously upskill.

Work Arrangement:

  • Full Time - Fully Remote (work from anywhere in India with reliable high-speed internet)
  • Core hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (Indian evening to late night)
  • We respect work-life balance and support flexible scheduling within the required window

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant development experience.

Why Join CyberNova Tech?

  • Work on diverse, meaningful projects with modern PHP/Python stacks and CRM customizations for international clients
  • Direct mentorship from our senior SugarCRM developer — hands-on guidance on CRM architecture, customizations, and industry best practices
  • Supportive, innovation-driven culture that values curiosity and creative problem-solving
  • Opportunity to grow your skills while delivering high-impact solutions

If you're a motivated developer comfortable with evening/night productivity and excited about blending PHP, Python, APIs, and CRM systems, we'd love to hear from you.
