• Practical knowledge of integrating third-party apps via APIs, Zapier, or Power Automate

• Good understanding of RAG, LLMs, and how AI agents retrieve and generate answers

• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus

• Clear communication skills — you should be able to explain architecture to non-technical stakeholders
