We are looking for a passionate, full-time Investment Banking & Stock Market Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will lead our Job Bridge Programs, guiding learners from core financial foundational concepts to advanced algorithmic trading, corporate valuations, and complex deal structuring.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Hands-On Sessions: Conduct engaging and practical training spanning both Stock Markets and Global Finance & Investment Banking tracks.
- Project Mentorship: Guide students through 10+ Live Projects powered by UNLOX SmartLabs, reviewing weekly tasks like Valuation Reports, Technical Trade Journals, Option Strategy Simulations, and Startup Pitch Decks.
- Facilitate Advanced Simulations: Supervise deep-dive capstone projects including Multi-Method Valuations (DCF, Comparables, Precedents), IPO pricing, M&A synergy modeling, and LBO template builds.
- Integrate AI & Fintech Tools: Train students on modern digital tools and AI integrations (e.g., ChatGPT/Excel Copilot for financial forecasting, Bloomberg AI, FactSet Copilot).
- Evaluate & Provide Feedback: Review simulated futures/options trades and portfolio creation performance, delivering constructive real-time feedback.
- Foster Career Readiness: Prepare students for trending market roles (e.g., Equity Research, Financial Analyst, Stock Market Trader, M&A Associate) through mock interviews, resume writing, and portfolio building.
Skills and Expertise Required
Technical Skills
- Fundamental & Equity Analysis: Deep comprehension of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and ratio analysis (P/E, EPS, ROE, ROCE).
- Technical Analysis & Trading: Expertise in price action, candlestick charts, indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands), and derivatives (Futures & Options strategy execution).
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Proficiency in 3-Statement financial models, revenue/cost modeling, scenario/sensitivity tools, and valuation methodologies (DCF, Relative Valuation).
- Advanced Deal Workflows: Familiarity with Investment Banking workflows (Origination to Closing), Pitch Books, Cap Table simulations, and due diligence benchmarks.
- Platform & Financial Software Mastery: Hands-on experience with platforms like Excel, TradingView, Screener.in, Sensibull, PitchBook, FactSet, or Capital IQ.
- Algo Trading & Python Basics (Preferred): Basic familiarity with intraday strategies, backtesting platforms (Streak / AlgoTest), and Python trading bots.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the power to translate complex market structures and financial terminology into simplified, digestible material.
- A high degree of data discipline, risk psychology management, and analytical thinking.
- Genuine empathy and enthusiasm for nurturing a community of learners.
Experience & Background
- Minimum 1–2+ years of core financial sector experience (Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Portfolio Management, or Professional Trading).
- Candidates holding certifications/degrees like CA, CFA, FRM, or an MBA in Finance will be highly preferred.
Compensation
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 per month
