Role DescriptionThe ORACLE R12 EBS Lead Product Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing the implementation, rollout, and maintenance of Oracle R12 EBS systems, driving product roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing EBS modules, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards. The role also demands stakeholder communication, risk management, and continuous improvement of Oracle EBS solutions.
QualificationsProficiency in Oracle R12 EBS modules, including implementation, configuration, upgrade, and support expertiseStrong skills in Product Management, including defining roadmaps, managing timelines, and stakeholder alignmentExperience in gathering and analyzing business requirements and converting them into technical solutionsKnowledge of cross-functional team management and project lifecycle methodologiesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsFamiliarity with IT Service Management principles and managed services frameworksExperience with financial, supply chain, or HR modules within Oracle EBS is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or certifications in Oracle EBS or Product Management is advantageous
