🎬 Role Description
This is a remote, contract-based role for a 3D Generalist (Blender). You’ll create high-quality cinematic animations based on provided reference styles and collaborate with the team on engaging short-form content.
🛠️ Requirements:
• Strong Blender skills
• Character & facial animation
• Cinematic lighting and camera work
• FX, textures & rendering workflow knowledge
• Ability to optimize scenes for fast delivery
• Comfortable working remotely & independently
💰 Compensation & Work Details
• ₹10,000 INR per project
• Maximum video length: 35 seconds
• Minimum commitment of 5 projects per month
• Fully remote freelance position
• Consistent work available for the right candidate
• Long-term collaboration opportunities based on performance
