About the Role

Kingston Educational Institute (KEI) is looking for a dynamic and proactive Junior Executive – Training & Placement to strengthen its Corporate Relations and Placement Cell. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, internships, industry interactions, and student training initiatives while building strong relationships with recruiters and corporate organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate campus recruitment drives, placement activities, and internship programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, and corporate partners.
  • Identify new placement opportunities and corporate collaborations.
  • Organize pre-placement talks, career guidance sessions, workshops, seminars, and industry interactions.
  • Coordinate aptitude tests, group discussions, and interview schedules.
  • Maintain placement records, employer databases, student profiles, and MIS reports.
  • Work closely with academic departments to enhance student employability and placement readiness.
  • Assist students with placement registration, documentation, and interview coordination.
  • Support employer visits and ensure seamless execution of recruitment drives.
  • Travel for corporate meetings, industry visits, placement activities, and institutional collaborations as required.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned by the Management related to Training & Placement.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
  • Master's Degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, HR, Business Development, or Educational Administration.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
