Job Title: Operations & Travel Manager
Location: New Delhi
Experience Required: 3–8 Years (Preferred)
Industry: Travel & Tourism / MICE / Event ManagementJob Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations & Travel Manager to oversee travel operations, manage tour packages (Domestic & International), and handle end-to-end MICE requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge, supplier coordination skills, and the ability to manage both B2B and B2C clients efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and manage Domestic and International tour packages
  • Handle flight ticketing (domestic & international)
  • Manage complete MICE operations (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)
  • Coordinate hotel bookings, accommodations, and vendor negotiations
  • Oversee travel logistics, itineraries, and documentation
  • Manage B2B & B2C client relationships and ensure service excellence
  • Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
  • Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and operational activities
  • Monitor cost control and vendor payments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Travel Operations / Tour Management
  • Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and reservation processes
  • Hands-on experience in handling MICE events
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of travel portals and booking platforms
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality or relevant field
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
