About the Role

Raisoni Education is looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken Telecallers to handle student/candidate outreach through phone calls, providing information about courses and admissions, and supporting the enquiry-to-enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/candidates and leads
• Handle inbound calls and respond to queries related to courses, admissions, and programs
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures clearly
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Follow up with prospective candidates to convert enquiries into admissions
• Coordinate with the Team Leader for lead allocation and reporting
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions

Eligibility & Criteria

• Graduate (any discipline)
• Good communication skills (English)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
