Junior & Senior Associate – Accounting

🕒 Shift: 11:30 AM to 8 :30PM

What You'll Do

Junior Associate

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and balance sheet finalization.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare tax returns based on client-provided information and work papers.
• Handle multiple client assignments with accuracy and within deadlines.

Senior Associate

• Review and finalize financial statements and balance sheets.
• Review bookkeeping, tax returns, and year-end closing activities.
• Set up accounting systems and processes for new clients.
• Review team deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate directly with clients and team leaders on daily accounting operations.
• Mentor and train newly inducted team members while managing multiple client engagements.

What We're Looking For

Junior Associate

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Master's preferred).
• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication in English.

Senior Associate

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (Master's preferred).
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Proven experience in balance sheet finalization and financial statement preparation.
• Strong bookkeeping and tax preparation experience.
• Experience reviewing work, managing client assignments, and mentoring team members.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
