We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Functional SME with strong expertise in Job Change processes and the employee lifecycle. The role will focus on supporting Workday HCM design, configuration validation, testing, and process optimisation while ensuring compliance and data integrity.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM
- Deep knowledge of Job Changes, Transfers, Promotions, Position Management, and Business Processes
- Understanding of impacts on Compensation, Security, Reporting, and Integrations
- Experience supporting large/global Workday environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
This is a functional, stakeholder-facing role requiring the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and provide expert guidance across HR transformation initiatives.
