The team includes 11 Chartered Accountants and a total of 50 trained and technically competent professionals, combining expertise from various domains. Partners hold qualifications such as CA, CS, LLB, B.Com, DISA, and specialized certifications in bank concurrent audit, forensic audit, fraud detection, and public finance and government accounting.


Role Description :

  • Accounts Finalisation
  • Statutory & Tax Audits
  • TDS, GST & SFT Compliance
  • Bank Audits (Concurrent, Stock & Statutory)
  • Internal Audit & Internal Financial Controls
  • Any other as may be required.


Qualifications

  • Professional qualification as Chartered Accountant (CA); additional certifications such as CS, DISA, or specialized courses in audit or taxation are an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory frameworks, including company law, income tax, and GST.
  • Experience in statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit for corporate and non-corporate entities.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, finalization of accounts, and analysis of financial statements.
  • Comfort with accounting and audit software, MS Excel, and common office productivity tools.
  • Effective communication skills for client-facing interactions, report writing, and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-location team, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments.
  • Ethical mindset, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and willingness to learn and adapt to new regulations and technologies.
