We build AI voice agents that hold real phone conversations in Hindi, English and a bunch of Indian languages, at scale. Millions of live calls. Replies in under a second. No \"press 1 for sales\" menus. Real conversations with real people.

Let's be straight with you. This work is hard and it moves fast. Real customers are on the line right now, so when something breaks, a real conversation breaks with it. The problems are the messy kind you can't fake on a whiteboard: bad audio, thick accents, calls dropping, people talking over each other, and a hundred edge cases nobody saw coming. What you'll work with
Python, GCP, and Kubernetes, day in and day out. The rest of the stack you'll pick up here, fast.
What you'll actually do
• Build the engine that listens, thinks, and talks back while the other person is still speaking, and make it feel human
• Hunt latency everywhere, because milliseconds matter when someone is sitting in silence waiting for an answer
• Make sense of how people really talk across many languages, not how grammar books say they should
• Keep the whole thing standing against flaky phone networks and unpredictable humans
• Run it in production and own it, with the monitoring to know exactly what's going on when it matters
• Amazing at troubleshooting bugs
You'll do well here if you
• Write solid Python and aren't scared of async, concurrency, and the bugs that come with them
• Care about speed and reliability, and want to own your work from start to finish
• Keep a cool head when things are on fire
• Like chasing nasty problems where the network, the audio, and the AI all collide
