Role Summary



We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to define and govern the ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, standards, and roadmap. This role will drive scalable, secure, and sustainable platform growth while enabling capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, SPM, Security, Finance, MDM, Enterprise Architecture, AI, and custom applications


The Platform Architect will serve as the technical authority for the ServiceNow ecosystem, partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Product Owners, Development Teams, Operations, and Business Stakeholders to drive platform modernization, governance, integration, automation, and adoption.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform architecture, governance framework, standards, and roadmap.
  • Provide architecture leadership across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps, AI, and custom applications.
  • Review and govern solution designs, ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and minimizing technical debt.
  • Lead CMDB/CSDM strategy, service modeling, governance, and platform-wide data architecture initiatives.
  • Architect and govern integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, event-driven patterns, and enterprise systems.
  • Drive adoption of AI, automation, workflow optimization, and ServiceNow innovation capabilities.
  • Support platform upgrades, performance, security, resilience, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with enterprise stakeholders, mentor technical teams, and provide strategic architecture guidance.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 5+ years in architecture or senior technical leadership roles.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, platform governance, security, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience designing and governing enterprise-scale ServiceNow platforms and transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, observability, AIOps, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, lead technical teams, and drive platform strategy.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRSD, SPM, SecOps, Finance, MDM, and AI solutions.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP, HR, Identity, Monitoring, and Microsoft 365 platforms.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CTA, and CIS certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
