Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Location: KINFRA Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery, Near Calicut University


Responsibilities


  • Business Partnering
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives
  • Drive workforce planning, organization structuring, and team effectiveness
  • Act as a trusted advisor on people-related decisions


Performance & Culture

  • Lead performance management cycles, goal setting, and review frameworks
  • Drive a high-performance culture through continuous feedback and leadership engagement
  • Design and execute employee engagement and retention strategies


Employee Relations & Governance

  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace discipline
  • Ensure HR compliance, policy adherence, and governance across group entities


Talent Acquisition Oversight

  • Partner with hiring managers to close critical roles across group companies
  • Ensure quality hiring, pipeline strength, and stakeholder alignment
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
