Description:
Company Description Agentic Private Markets is reimagining how Private Equity and Venture Capital teams work by building AI-native tools that reduce deal noise, uncover insights faster, and scale expertise across investment teams. The platform combines cutting-edge large language models, robust infrastructure, and deep industry understanding to support the full deal lifecycle. From evaluating opportunities to preparing for investment committee meetings, Agentic's agents handle the heavy lifting so teams can focus on high-value strategic decisions. As a fast-growing startup at the intersection of AI, infrastructure, and private markets innovation, the company offers a dynamic environment for professionals interested in transforming how private markets operate.
We're hiring a hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio professional to help us design, build, and deploy enterprise AI agents on a part-time, hourly basis.
This is not a role for someone experimenting with the platform - we're looking for someone who has shipped real Copilot Studio solutions in production and can hit the ground running.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design and build AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio for real enterprise workflows• Create and deploy custom connectors within the Power Platform• Integrate Copilot Studio with third-party tools and services, including Zapier• Set up knowledge sources and RAG pipelines for generative answers• Collaborate directly with the founding team on architecture and delivery
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven, hands-on experience deploying Copilot Studio agents in production• Experience building custom connectors and working with the Power Platform connector framework• Practical knowledge of integrating third-party apps via APIs, Zapier, or Power Automate• Good understanding of RAG, LLMs, and how AI agents retrieve and generate answers• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus• Clear communication skills - you should be able to explain architecture to non-technical stakeholders
We shortlist based on real delivery experience, not certifications. If you've built it, shipped it, and can talk about what went wrong - we want to hear from you.
