Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives for an International Chat & Voice Process. This role involves assisting global customers, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via chat and voice support (international clients)
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate cases when required
- Maintain high quality service standards in every interaction
- Follow defined process guidelines and performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: HSC / Graduates (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of BPO Voice/Non-Voice / Customer Service
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
Shift Details
- Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Shift Window: Between 4 PM to 10 AM (any 9-hour shift)
Compensation
- Annual CTC: โน2,76,000
- Monthly CTC: โน23,000
