About the Role

We are hiring a Meta Ads Expert with experience in managing international ad accounts for both service-based and e-commerce projects. Familiarity with AI tools for campaign optimisation is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including awareness, consideration, and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Handle international projects with tailored audience targeting, budgeting, bidding, and scaling strategies.
  • Perform audience research, interest targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Create and manage campaign structures, ad sets, and creatives aligned with performance goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Conduct account audits and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimisation.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with internal teams or stakeholders.
  • Use AI tools to support campaign research, creative testing, optimisation, and reporting workflows.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Proven experience in handling international ad accounts.
  • Experience with both service-based and e-commerce projects.
  • Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and funnel-based advertising.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking setup.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for campaign optimisation is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads will be
