Role Description It is a full-time role in Mumbai. You will come with proven experience in managing teams, shooting fashion e- commerce, product creative and campaigns. You will come with strong knowledge of lighting, speed and accuracy.
Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and directing photo shoots, defining visual standards, collaborating with creative directors and stylists, and ensuring brand-aligned, high-quality imagery for clients. The role involves managing and mentoring a team of photographers and assistants, optimizing studio workflows, coordinating with post-production for retouching and color consistency, maintaining equipment and lighting setups.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Fashion Photography, Product Photography and E-commerce Photography
- Demonstrated Team Leadership experience, including guiding photographers, assistants and cross-functional creative teams in a fast-paced studio environment
- Experience in fashion and lifestyle content production is a must with understanding of social media and e-commerce visual trends
