Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in both developer and administrator roles, handling CPQ configurations, customizations, and enhancements while supporting business users and maintaining the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions based on business requirements.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ including Product Rules, Price Rules, Approval Processes, Quote Templates, and Product Bundles.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Perform Salesforce administration activities such as user management, profiles, permission sets, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ and Sales Cloud-related issues.
  • Participate in system enhancements, integrations, deployments, and testing activities.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills

  • 5–9 years of Salesforce experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with Apex Development.
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience in Salesforce Administration activities.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce CPQ Certification is a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer Certification is preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
