Job Description We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Analyst III

with strong hands-on expertise in

Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll , particularly across

US and Canada payroll, taxation, legislation, reporting, integrations, and application support .

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with experience in business process analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.

Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day application support for assigned

Oracle Fusion HCM modules , with a primary focus on Payroll. Troubleshoot Oracle Fusion Payroll setup, configuration, and data issues and ensure timely resolution. Review and manage open cases/issues and coordinate with technical teams and vendors for resolution. Raise, escalate, and follow up on vendor support tickets as required. Review Oracle release notes and assess changes, impacts, and recommended solutions. Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate configuration and solution-design options. Configure Oracle Fusion applications based on documented requirements and approved specifications. Analyze the impact of configuration changes across

foundational structures, Fast Formulas, extensions, HR service delivery, downstream systems, and integrations . Ensure data integrity and governance while supporting complex data imports, extracts, reporting, and validation. Support development and maintenance of integrations and file transfers. Provide technical and functional consultation for new Oracle HCM products, modules, and enhancements. Execute

unit, integration, and user acceptance testing

and support functional teams with testing and change-management activities. Develop and maintain moderate to complex reports and queries while following established data-governance standards. Document application configurations and support change migration documentation. Assist with Tier 2 user \"How To\" queries and help develop relevant job aids, learning materials, and communications.

Required Skills Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Strong hands-on experience with

Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll . Experience with payroll processing, tax calculations, benefits integration, and reporting. Strong understanding of

US Payroll, US Taxation, and US Legislation . Exposure to

Canada Payroll and Canadian legislation

is required. Strong experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, solution design, and Oracle HCM Cloud delivery.

Oracle HCM Technical Skills Good working knowledge of: HDL – HCM Data Loader Oracle Workflows SQL OTBI Fast Formulas Eligibility Profiles BI Publisher (BIP) HCM Extracts BPM Worklist Oracle HCM integrations and troubleshooting.

Reporting & Data Experience with database queries and data extracts using calculations, formulas, and complex commands. Knowledge of

SQL / MS Access

databases. Ability to validate data accuracy through reports and queries. Experience supporting complex data imports and extracts.

Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of HR Technology / Oracle Fusion HCM experience . Experience in application support, service delivery, and vendor management. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Strong experience evaluating requirements and specifications for

development, testing, and deployment . Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules including

Core HR, ORC, Talent Management, OLC, Compensation, and Payroll

is preferred.
