Hiring: Freelance Vastu Expert / Vastu Consultant

We are looking for an experienced

Freelance Vastu Expert

to provide Vastu consultation for our

commercial as well as residential projects

in Jamshedpur, Ranchi, and nearby locations.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyse architectural drawings, floor plans and property layouts from a Vastu perspective. • Provide detailed recommendations regarding entrance, rooms, kitchen, washrooms, staircase, office/work areas, seating arrangements, water elements, utilities, etc. • Identify major Vastu concerns and suggest practical corrective measures/remedies. • Preference will be given to consultants who can suggest solutions

without requiring major structural changes or demolition wherever possible . • Advise during planning/design stages of new commercial and residential projects. • Review existing properties and recommend improvements. • Prepare a clear Vastu assessment/report explaining observations and suggested remedies. • Coordinate with architects, interior designers and project teams whenever required. • Occasionally visit project sites in

Jamshedpur, Ranchi or nearby areas

for physical assessment.

Preferred Profile: • Proven experience as a professional Vastu Consultant. • Strong knowledge of

residential as well as commercial Vastu . • Experience with restaurants, offices, retail spaces, commercial establishments, houses and apartments will be preferred. • Ability to understand architectural drawings and floor plans. • Practical approach towards Vastu corrections and space planning. • Willingness to travel occasionally for site assessments. • Candidates based in

Jharkhand or nearby regions

will be preferred.

Engagement: This is

not a full-time position . The consultant will be engaged on a

freelance/project-to-project basis , depending upon our requirements. Professional Fee:
