Job Profile
Responsibilities
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in International Technical CHAT Support - troubleshooting
Willingness to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and dynamic priorities.
Open to working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
Required Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of web page designing, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Solid grasp of web development fundamentals including browser behavior, cookies, tracking pixels, and page load dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt tone and style based on the audience.
Demonstrates empathy, ownership, and sincerity when addressing customer concerns and requirements.
General Requirements for All Roles
Shift : US Shifts (Night Shifts)
Customer Service Skills : Empathy, ownership, and sincerity are crucial.
Qualification : Any graduate ( we are not hiring undergrad or people with Internship experience)
