ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a fast-growing C2C tech consulting firm specializing in placing highly skilled IT consultants with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients across the United States. As we scale, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to own our firm's operational backbone — building processes, managing teams, enforcing accountability, and ensuring the firm runs efficiently at every stage of growth.

This is a senior leadership role combining strategic oversight with hands-on day-to-day management. You will define and enforce SOPs across all departments, directly oversee all India-based offshore teams, and partner with the CEO on strategy and headcount planning. This is a role for someone who takes full ownership of outcomes and wants to be the operational force behind a firm built to scale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Offshore Team Leadership and Management

  • Directly oversee all India-based offshore teams — Bench Sales Recruiters, Delivery Managers, HR, and Finance — setting clear KPIs, accountability structures, and performance standards for each function
  • Monitor Bench Sales team activity daily — submissions, vendor calls, job board outreach, and placement pipeline; oversee Delivery Managers on consultant tasks — marketing training, interview preparation, and bench activity — ensuring consultants are placement-ready at all times
  • Ensure tight coordination between Bench Sales and Delivery teams so consultant readiness and marketing activity are always aligned; conduct regular reviews, one-on-ones, and check-ins across all teams
  • Handle escalations, conflicts, and performance issues with professionalism and clarity; oversee new team member onboarding and ensure smooth integration into firm processes

Operational Leadership and Process Management

  • Define, document, and enforce SOPs across all departments — recruitment, delivery, compliance, and finance; drive process improvement and resolve bottlenecks proactively
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting frameworks; evaluate and manage internal tools — ATS, CRM, and project management platforms — to improve team efficiency and visibility
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients on operational matters — timesheet disputes, contract documentation, and compliance queries; own firm-wide escalation handling before CEO involvement

Strategic Partnership and Planning

  • Partner directly with the CEO on organizational strategy, headcount planning, and firm-wide priorities; contribute actively to business planning, budgeting, and resource allocation discussions
  • Provide consolidated performance reports covering all offshore teams, placement pipeline, compliance status, and operational health; lead hiring decisions for operational positions from role definition to onboarding
  • Stay current on US IT staffing trends and operational best practices — bring relevant insights to leadership proactively

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure firm-wide adherence to all compliance requirements — immigration, contracts, onboarding, and documentation standards; oversee visa tracking in coordination with HR and ensure all engagements have fully executed agreements before work begins
  • Maintain firm-wide audit readiness at all times — documentation organized, version-controlled, and accessible for vendor or client audit requests without delay; flag operational, legal, and compliance risks to leadership immediately
  • Maintain a culture of accountability, documentation discipline, and process adherence across all teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 10+ years of experience in US IT staffing operations in a senior leadership role — deep understanding of the C2C model, visa categories — H1B, OPT, CPT, GC — compliance requirements, and end-to-end operational workflows
  • Proven ability to directly manage offshore teams — bench sales, delivery, HR, and support — with clear accountability structures, measurable outcomes, and hands-on day-to-day oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to design and enforce SOPs, scale operations through rapid growth, and manage cross-functional teams covering recruitment, delivery, and compliance simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills — comfortable building dashboards and performance trackers; experience with ATS, CRM tools, and US staffing contracts — MSA, SOW, NDA — is a strong advantage
  • Deep ownership mindset — full accountability for outcomes and not satisfied until processes work, teams perform, and the firm runs without chaos
  • Comfortable handling difficult conversations with professionalism and clarity; motivated by building scalable operational infrastructure from the ground up

WHY JOIN US

  • Direct leadership role reporting to the CEO with rare early-stage ownership — your processes and decisions will define how this firm operates as it scales
  • Cross-functional influence across every department from day one — with a direct and defined growth path into COO or Head of Operations as the firm scales
  • Competitive fixed salary with performance-based incentives and a collaborative leadership team deeply invested in building something scalable and long-term
