Junior Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Interior Designer to join our growing team at HomeLane Nallagandla. The ideal candidate should have a passion for residential interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate customer requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and work on exciting home interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Create innovative and functional modular kitchen, wardrobe, and home interior designs.
• Develop 2D layouts, 3D concepts, and design presentations using design software.
• Prepare accurate space planning and design solutions as per HomeLane standards.
• Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and project execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site visits when required for measurements and design validation.
• Make design revisions based on client feedback while maintaining project feasibility.
• Ensure timely completion of design milestones and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and space optimization techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in residential interior design (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of modular furniture and residential interior solutions is an added advantage.
• Good visualization, space planning, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
