About the Role
We are hiring a marketing leader to own the function end-to-end — strategy, market research, messaging, brand and demand generation. You will work closely with product, sales and leadership to ensure that what we say in the market reflects what we deliver, and that it lands with the right buyer at the right time.
What You Will Own:
Market Research
- Continuously monitor competitive landscape, buyer behaviour and market trends across money movement, money management and AI outcomes.
- Translate research into actionable insights that inform product positioning, sales conversations and go-to-market decisions.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging segments worth targeting.
Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across our three capability areas, aligned to company growth objectives.
- Define target personas, ideal customer profiles and segment-level priorities.
- Partner with leadership to set quarterly and annual marketing goals with measurable outcomes.
Branding
- Maintain and evolve the DataNimbus brand, ensuring consistency in voice, tone and visual identity.
- Build narratives that differentiate DataNimbus in crowded markets without diluting the core brand.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, thought leadership content and digital presence.
Go-to-Market Messaging
- Craft sharp, audience-specific messaging for launches, campaigns and sales enablement across money movement, money management and AI outcomes.
- Develop value propositions that resonate with technical buyers, business leaders and procurement stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and sales to ground messaging in real buyer problems and deliver it consistently across every channel.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Contribution
- Design and execute demand generation programs that drive qualified leads into the sales funnel.
- Own campaign performance, track, measure, and optimize across channels including email, events, digital, and content.
- Work directly with sales to ensure marketing-sourced pipeline meets volume, quality, and velocity targets.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with exposure to fintech, payments, SaaS, or data/AI markets
- MBA from Premium B school
- Proven ability to develop strategy and execute; this role requires both
- Strong writing and messaging skills; you can make complex technology feel relevant and urgent to a business audience
- Experience running demand generation programs with accountability to pipeline metrics
- Comfort operating across multiple products or business units simultaneously
- Collaborative by nature, with the ability to influence without authority across product, sales, and executive stakeholders
