Getto India is building a new-age AI powered fashion quick commerce platform that helps local fashion stores increase visibility, reach more customers, and grow sales through hyperlocal delivery and AI discovery.

Location: Hyderabad (On-site, Full-time)

Role Overview

We’re looking for energetic and ambitious Field Executives from Hyderabad to help expand Getto’s partner store network across the city.

In this role, you’ll represent Getto on the ground visiting fashion stores, pitching our platform to store owners, generating leads, and onboarding new partners. You’ll play a key role in helping local retailers grow through technology, visibility, and faster commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit fashion stores across assigned Hyderabad locations to introduce and pitch Getto
• Conduct door-to-door outreach, generate leads, and convert stores into active partners
• Explain how Getto helps stores improve visibility, customer reach, and sales growth
• Onboard stores onto the platform with accurate brand, catalog, and product information
• Build strong relationships with store owners for smooth activation and long-term engagement
• Achieve daily and weekly onboarding targets aligned with company growth goals
• Maintain accurate lead records, visit reports, and onboarding updates

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidates must be based in Hyderabad.
• BBA/MBA graduates preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus.
• Comfortable with field sales, daily travel, and on-ground interactions.
• Basic smartphone and digital platform knowledge.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
• Confident personality with the ability to build trust quickly.
