Role Overview:
The Associate Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of MDM and Commercial Data Warehouse initiatives for pharmaceutical clients. The role focuses on project delivery, stakeholder management, team leadership, and client engagement rather than hands-on development.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience
- Lead the design and delivery of Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring methodological rigor and high-quality client deliverables.
- Proven experience implementing or supporting HCP, HCO, and payer Master Data Management (MDM) solutions or similar centralized data management platforms within the U.S. pharmaceutical market.
- Exposure to Commercial Data Warehouse (CDW)
- Life Sciences/Pharma domain preferred
- Experience with HCP, HCO, and Payer data
- Python knowledge and strong analytical skills
- Partner with project leadership to define project scope, development approach, and timelines, conducting issue analysis and forming data-driven hypotheses.
- Manage end-to-end project execution with minimal supervision, including client communication, meeting facilitation, timeline management, and status reporting.
- Build and optimize data processes and pipelines, frequently leveraging coding to support data processing, analysis, and reporting.
