We are looking for Transport Supervisor for Podar International Schools at; Gaya ji Muzaffarpur A Transport Supervisor is broadly responsible for managing and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of the school's transportation system. In brief, the role includes: Student Safety: Ensuring all students travel safely to and from school; enforcing safety rules inside buses. Transport Operations: Planning routes, schedules, and bus stops for smooth daily operations. Staff Supervision: Managing drivers, conductors, and attendants; ensuring they follow discipline and safety norms. Also conduct Breath Analyzer test Vehicle Maintenance: Coordinating regular servicing, fitness checks, and cleanliness of school buses. Compliance: Making sure all vehicles and drivers meet government and safety guidelines (permits, licenses, speed governors, GPS, etc.) and RTO Compliances Emergency Handling: Responding to accidents, breakdowns, or delays and informing school authorities/parents. Communication: Acting as a link between school management, parents, and transport staff regarding transport issues. Overall, the Transport Supervisor ensures that the school transport system runs safely, punctually, and efficiently.
