Job Summary Aquasense is setting up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for: Ultrasonic Flow Meters Electromagnetic Flow Meters Smart Water Meters (AMR / AMI – GPRS, LoRa WAN) IoT-based Controllers (ATBC, AquaTank, AquaCharge ecosystem) We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager who can build, scale, and optimize precision electronics manufacturing, along with calibration labs and certification processes . This is a foundational leadership role —you will be responsible for setting up manufacturing systems from scratch and scaling them. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Setup & Scale-Up Establish end-to-end manufacturing lines for: -Electronics assembly (controllers, communication modules) -Flow meters (ultrasonic & electromagnetic) -Smart metering devices Design and implement: -SOPs for assembly, testing, and packaging -Production workflows (IQC → Assembly → Testing → FQC) Drive yield improvement, cost optimization, and throughput enhancement 2.
